Important Stuff To Know:

  • Weekly Meetings

    • Coaching will be on zoom, every week. It will ideally be the same time and day every week so we get into a good rhythm. Don't worry, we can also move things around when necessary.

  • Coaching On Zoom

    • Each week, the coaching will take place on zoom. It is your responsibility to keep track of the zoom link. It is easier to both have our cameras turned on so we can see each other, but not makeup is required. Pajamas are approved!

  • Save This Zoom Link!

    • It is your responsibility to keep track of the zoom link. I recommend adding it to your calendar.

  • 48 Weeks

    • There will be times when I am out of town, or you are traveling, or it is Christmas, or one of us gets sick, so this gives us a little room for flexibility.

  • Schedule, Show Up, Do The Work

    • Add coaching to your calendar with reminders if necessary. If you get sick or need to reschedule, it's fine. Just TEXT ME. Don't email me. As often as possible, allow 24 hours notice. If you fail to show up and don't let me know, we will not reschedule that session.

  • Take Responsibility For Your Results 

    • I am very empathetic, understanding and validating. But, I also see a clear vision for you becoming your best self yet. I will challenge you to push past your obstacles, excuses and I won't tolerate a victim story (in the most loving way).
